We offer a 30-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping address will be provided once your request is approved.

Damaged & Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or resolution.

Exchanges


For size issues or fit problems, size exchange is available. Please contact our support first to arrange the exchange process.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


For orders delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be kept in brand-new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Refunds


After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval result.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or card issuers may require additional processing time for funds to reflect in your account.
